Dear Colleagues

Last year was a difficult year with a magnitute of challenges we did not foreseen. We had to deal with the unthinkable and had to adapt within a short space of time to still afford the learners the oppertunity to progress academically and emotionally, while still struggle with the uncertainty and fear of "COVID 19", adapting a school programme within the protocol and procedures of "COVID19", which had its positives and negatives. I have to aknowledge your part you played in and through his very difficult time and i salute you for youre positive attitude and willingness throughout this time of uncertainty.

Thanking you onceagain for the afforts, commitment and sacrifices of previous year, its been a difficult one, but it also gave us the oppertunity to grow, reflect, spend more quality time with those close to us, appreciate things we took for granted in the past and find solutions to the challenges. Nothing will ever be the same again but we need to move on positively and with Hope and perseverance.

The important question again is therefore: What is our goal and objective to steer and energise our school (the beacon of hope) called Cloetesville Primary forward and upwards into 2021 and beyond.

Walking is the Best Exercise: for our school this year...

'Walk away' from arguments that lead you to nowhere but anger.

'Walk away' from people who deliberately put you down.

'Walk away' from any thought that reduces your worth.

'Walk away' from failures and fears that stifle your dreams.

'Walk away' from any fellow person, parent etc who wants to destroy and bring the name of the school or colleagues into disrepute.

The more you walk away from things (and people) that poison your soul, (or the soul of the school) will become

  - Give yourself 'A Walk' towards joy and peace of the Almighty - and don't try to explain yourself to everyone.

  - ...if whoever don't accept you (us) just shake off the dust and negativity and ...'Walk Away'

We will not explain or try to make anybody understand but just do our outmost best and : Walk, walk, walk ... (RC)

Implementing and accepting as a path of continuation and constant progress towards exellence an holisitic approach towards developing learning oppertunities/enviroment and to embrace the 5P's in 2021 as a pathway to obtain our objectives through successful, planned and measurable practises.
